REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

BrandMochi Referral Program Terms

Effective July 31, 2026

1. Eligibility

Active BrandMochi customers may participate. Each customer receives one referral account and personal link. Participants must be at least 18 years old and able to receive payments through Stripe.

2. Referral credit

A valid referral link creates a 30-day attribution window. The first eligible referral attached to a new customer account receives credit. Self-referrals, misleading claims, spam, paid search bidding on BrandMochi terms, and cookie manipulation are prohibited.

3. Commission

The commission is 20% of eligible BrandMochi subscription revenue collected from the referred customer for 24 months after the first paid invoice. Eligible revenue excludes taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, disputed payments, and third-party fees.

4. Payouts

Payouts are calculated monthly in U.S. dollars and sent through Stripe Connect after the available balance reaches $25. Balances below $25 carry forward. Stripe may require identity, tax, and banking information.

5. Reversals

Refunds, credits, chargebacks, and disputed payments reduce the related commission. BrandMochi may offset a reversal against an available balance or a future payout.

6. Promotion

Participants must describe BrandMochi accurately and clearly disclose the financial relationship near each referral link. Participants are responsible for following advertising, email, privacy, and platform rules.

7. Program changes

BrandMochi may update, pause, or end the program. Earned commission recorded before a change remains payable under these terms, subject to reversals and legal requirements.

8. Account review

BrandMochi may pause or close a referral account for fraud, abuse, unlawful promotion, or a material violation of these terms.
